These terms apply to your use of pinkanynails.com and to appointments and courses booked with Pinkany Nails & More.

Bookings

You can request an appointment through this website or by messaging us on WhatsApp. A request is not a confirmed booking. Your slot is confirmed only when we confirm it in the chat.

Please tell us about any existing extensions, gel or acrylic when you book, so we can allow enough time for removal.

Prices

Prices depend on the service, length, design and time needed, and we will quote you before we begin. Final pricing for detailed nail art is agreed with you in the studio.

Health and safety

Please tell your nail artist about any allergies, skin conditions, recent injuries, infections or medical conditions that affect your hands, feet or nails before your service starts. We may decline or postpone a service if we think it is not safe to go ahead.

Aftercare

How long a set lasts depends on nail growth, daily activities and aftercare. Follow the aftercare advice we give you, and avoid using your nails as tools.

Academy courses

Course content, duration, fees and batch dates are shared with you before you enrol. Please confirm these details with us on WhatsApp before paying for a course.
